March 8th, 2024<\/strong>: Friedrich-Alexander-Universit\u00e4t Erlangen-N\u00fcrnberg, Juridicum (Faculty of Law), Schillerstra\u00dfe 1, Erlangen, Germany (in person only).<\/p>\n

Please note that the capacity of the Pre-Moot is limited. We will contact you at the beginning of February 2024 to confirm your participation and to allocate you a place on the waiting list respectively. After confirmation of participation, the teams must approve their participation within 10 days, otherwise the confirmation will be cancelled and the place will be given to a team on the waiting list. We are planning up to four pleading sessions held in person. The sessions will be arbitrated by renowned scholars and lawyers as well as experienced coaches from previous years. Food & refreshments will be provided during the day. To round off the event, the teams and arbitrators will be invited to a joint dinner.<\/p>\n
