Kevin Rösch’s research focuses on the law of corporate restructuring and reorganization. In particular, he deals with the (legal) issues of corporate financing in the vicinity of insolvency.

Kevin Rösch’s further research interests include the law of (capital) companies, insolvency law, and general issues of consumer protection and the law of obligations.
